Our main mission as a non-governmental body is to contribute to the development of the community where we activate by mainly encouraging youngsters to be actively involved in the social life and take personal initiative and by offering youngsters an alternative way of education.

OUR OBJECTIVES  

* promoting the European identity and the European values;
* developing solidarity, raising the sense of tolerance;
* improving the communication among youngsters in Europe;
* creating equal opportunities for youngsters in Romania and focusing on the involvement of disadvantage youth;
* implementing the concept of cultural dialogue and active citizenship, encouraging the social involvement both at local and international level;
* using non-formal education as an alternative for youngsters, mainly through media and new media instruments and other non-conventional ways.

COURSES OF ACTION

  In order to achieve its objectives, in accordance to its status, I.Q. Suport follows mainly the next courses of action:
* project accomplishment at European level;
* organizing and sustaining media activities in Romania and Europe;
* teaching people how to work with different media instruments;
* creating web platforms and publications for promoting our activities;
* organizing info sessions and seminars concerning European projects and youth possibilities, educational issues and European awareness;
* organizing national and international meetings, youth exchanges, seminars, workshops, conferences;
* organizing and supporting art festivals on local, regional, national and international level;
* organizing programs of European volunteering Service with other partner organizations;
* simplifying youngsters' access to Europe;
* promoting young people with initiative;
* preparing and specializing professionals in the youth and media fields;
* promoting alternative, non-formal, complementary education;
* collaborating with other organizations, institutions, bodies and networks both inside and outside Europe;
* working with and supporting disadvantaged youth.
